Just as the weather has started to mellow, the Florida Orchestra has added a second free Pops in the Park show this weekend.

Pack a blanket and picnic basket for music under the stars. Chelsea Gallo conducts the free show on Saturday (Nov. 9) at 6:30 p.m. in Vinoy Park, 701 Bayshore Drive NE, St Petersburg. It will feature film scores, Broadway hits and symphonic favorites.

Due to disruptions from hurricanes Helene and Milton, the orchestra canceled its Nov. 17 show planned at River Tower Park in Tampa.

Instead, the orchestra will have a second free show this Sunday at the BayCare Sound in Clearwater. There’s no need to bring a picnic blanket or chairs, the orchestra says. The gated venue provides covered seating for 4,000, and local food trucks, concessions and bars will have food for sale at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at 255 Drew St., Clearwater.
